In this workshop, we honor the discomfort of transition through movement, breath, and being present. Together, we'll dance through the in-between, and emerge with deeper clarity about ourselves and our craft.

Liminal spaces are those in-between moments where you've left an identity or phase behind, but haven't fully arrived at the next one yet. 🔮💫
That's where the real transformation happens. It's only uncomfortable because you're shifting away from what you knew, but that discomfort is actually a jackpot for growth.🍯

We begin with a guided visualization and meditation, anchoring you into your body and your energy before we ever touch the pole. This foundation allows you to move with presence and intention, to truly feel it, not just dance it. 🌀
As we explore transitions, I will encourage you to elongate them. Spend time in the unknown and embrace it. I love the idea of “melting” into a movement, rather than rushing through it. In this workshop we will not only focus on transitions but also breathwork. The breathwork will assist in our path of slowing down.🧘💫

As a grand finale, step into a sensual video shoot experience. Against a striking black backdrop with professional lighting, you'll embody everything you've learned. Moving with intention, fluidity, and raw expression. You’ll leave with stunning content that reflects the radiant version of yourself you've just discovered. 🌿💫
