75-minute spin pole workshop at Studio 33 focused on sensual flow, intentional transitions, and the art of winding and unwinding. Inspired by the golden spiral found in nature, this class explores expansion and contraction through fluid pole combinations, deep spiral transitions, and controlled spin technique.
