Description of Dirty Details Vol. 4

This influential Pole dance workshop is inspired by the seasonal shift— fall to winter which invites us to slow down, release what no longer serves us, and reconnect with our bodies. This workshop explores the concept of “reflection” through movement by studying both the upright and inverted shapes of each pole trick and learning how to blend them seamlessly.

🪄We will blend moves like Figure Head and Brass Monkey into one breath taking transition. Exploring Chopsticks and Jade Split in one combo. And others like Ballerina and Allegra.

🦋Although all levels are welcome, you’ll get the most out of this workshop if you have a solid climb and a confident invert. Every trick, transition, and sequence will be tailored to your individual level so you feel supported, challenged, and capable throughout the full session.
