Tuesdays • 6 PM | Women-Only Space | $20 Drop-In

🌱Whether you're brand new to pole or returning to the basics, this class is your entry point to building strength, confidence, and fluidity in your pole journey. In Level One, we focus on proper form, foundational spins, beginner tricks, and simple climbs, all taught in a supportive and empowering environment.

Each week is designed to meet you where you are:
– 🎀New to Pole? You’ll learn essential grips, transitions, and beginner-friendly movements that build body awareness and pole technique.
–💃 Building Experience? I will challenge you with new variations, smoother combos, and creative transitions that expand your vocabulary and flow.

Expect a blend of conditioning, technique drills, and time to explore movement at your own pace. You’ll leave each class feeling stronger, more connected to your body, and excited for what’s next.

This class is a safe, women-centered space where progress is celebrated and play is encouraged. Whether you’re here for fitness, expression, or fun—this is your time to shine.

🤩Feeling confident with Level One? Try the choreography-centered Pole One class on Fridays at 7 PM called “Club at Cake” —a great way to apply your skills through creative sequences and musicality.

💪Looking to gain more strength on the Pole? Stay for “Pole Pump” the pole dance conditioning class right after at 7p.
