This is your end-of-week reset and power-up. Our Full Body Strength class is designed to target every major muscle group through intentional, efficient movement—leaving you feeling strong, energized, and ready for the week ahead.

This isn’t just a workout—it’s strength training with purpose. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, dumbbell circuits, core work, and functional movement patterns that build real, lasting strength. Each class includes a warm-up to activate your muscles and a cool-down to enhance recovery and mobility.

Held inside Cake Body Club, New Hope’s premier all-women’s gym, this class offers a supportive, empowering environment where every woman can focus on her strength—without pressure or comparison.

Perfect for all levels, this class meets you where you are, with modifications and progressions available every step of the way. Whether you're new to strength training or looking to level up, this is your space to move with intention and feel your strongest self.
