Squat Squad at Cake Body Club is your Tuesday night lower-body burner designed to sculpt, strengthen, and support your body from the ground up. This class focuses on targeting your calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, and core to help shape strong legs and a lifted booty—while also reducing lower back pain through intentional movement and stability training.

You’ll move through a mix of lower-body and ab-focused exercises like squats, lunges, glute bridges, donkey kicks, calf raises, leg lifts, planks, and Russian twists—all designed to build strength, tone your muscles, and support better posture and mobility.
