Each session is packed with targeted lower-body exercises—from squats and lunges to glute bridges and resistance band work—all paired with functional core training to help support your posture and reduce lower back pain. Expect a satisfying sweat, real muscle engagement, and just the right amount of challenge.
Held in Cake Body Club, a women-only gym designed to empower every body, Squat Squad provides a supportive, hype-filled environment where you can train hard and feel good doing it.
