Start your Sunday with a full-body reset. This class is a slower-paced, mobility-focused stretch session designed to wake up the body, soothe tight muscles, and prepare you for the week ahead.
Unlike yoga, Sunday Stretch isn’t about flows or poses—it’s about purposeful movement, posture correction, and releasing areas of tension that build up from daily life. With guided use of yoga blocks and resistance bands, we’ll target common problem areas like the lower back, shoulders, and hips, helping to improve mobility and reduce pain over time.
This class is perfect for early risers, pole dancers in training, or anyone who wants to feel more open, strong, and centered. Leave feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready to take on your day.
