This isn’t yoga—this is intentional stretching designed for real-life bodies, active lifestyles, and total recovery. Our Saturday Stretch class focuses on deep, effective mobility work to help you release tension, improve posture, and move through life (and workouts) with greater ease.
We’ll use tools like yoga blocks and resistance bands to unlock tight hips, open up the chest and shoulders, and target chronic areas of tension—especially in the lower back and neck. Each stretch is designed with posture and longevity in mind.
Perfect for pole dancers, lifters, desk workers, or anyone craving a full-body reset. You’ll leave class feeling reenergized yet relaxed, more open, and better aligned. This class is not about poses—it’s about progress.
