🌱Join me every Sunday on Zoom for a guided deep stretch session designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and reset your body for the week ahead — all from the comfort of your own home.❤️
This class blends intentional mobility work with long-held, restorative stretches to target tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders, back, and spine. Whether you’re training hard during the week, sitting at a desk, or simply looking to move and feel better in your body, this session will help you increase range of motion while calming your nervous system.
🌻Each class includes:
• A gentle warm-up to safely prepare the muscles
• Deep, focused stretches with proper alignment cues
• Breathwork to help you relax deeper into each position
• Modifications for all levels — beginner to advanced
• A grounding cool-down to leave you feeling lengthened and restored
This is not a rushed stretch at the end of a workout but rather a dedicated flexibility session where we take our time. Expect to feel challenged in a productive way, but supported every step of the way.🦋
🌻All you need is:
• A yoga mat or soft surface
• Optional blocks, strap, or pillows for support
• A stable internet connection
You’ll receive the Zoom link upon registration. Simply log in on zoom, set up your space, and I’ll guide you through the rest.🌊
