Perfect for nine-to-five professionals seeking a moment of calm and self-care, this 60 minute session guides you through a two-part journey. We'll begin with upper body stretching to melt away the week's stress, take a mindful five-minute intermission with a journaling prompt to reflect and center yourself, then move into lower body work before closing with a gentle wrap-up.
In the summer, we will transition to a hybrid setting for those that want to attend in person sessions outside! ☀️
