This Virtual Stretch & Recovery class is a live, guided session held over Zoom, intentionally designed to support muscle recovery, improve mobility, and reduce stiffness caused by training, physical work, or everyday stress on the body. 💻🧠 This is not a yoga class and does not include yoga flow or sequences. Instead, the class emphasizes targeted stretching, long intentional holds, controlled breathing, and simple strength-supported positions that help muscles decompress while encouraging joints to move more freely and safely.
The focus of each session is functional range of motion, injury prevention, and giving your nervous system a chance to downshift so your body can actually recover—not just stretch. 🫁💥 These sessions are designed to help you move and train more efficiently, whether you’re lifting, pole dancing, cross-training, or simply feeling the effects of long days and repetitive movement. This class is accessible to all levels, with options and modifications offered throughout, and works beautifully as a standalone recovery session or as a supportive complement to strength training, pole, cardio, or other athletic practices. 🏋️♀️✨
🌱I recommend each student to have a yoga block and large resistance band. However if you don’t have those I will show you some objects that can work as a great space holder. If you prefer an in person experience, please reach out to me directly and I may be able to accommodate.
