This isn't yoga. 🙅‍♀️ There are no flows and no poses. Think more posture correction, deep releases, and targeted work on the spots that suffer most from daily life: lower back, hips, and shoulders. Guided use of yoga blocks and resistance bands means every stretch can be tailored to your level.

Virtual Stretch - Full Access
