Friday Flex is your one-hour, two-part training session designed to help you build strength and move better—without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

🎂Hosted at Cake Body Club, an all-women’s gym in New Hope, this class is split into two focused 30-minute sections:

  • First 30 minutes: Targeted Weight Training
    We’ll focus on a specific muscle group for the day using intentional, beginner-friendly strength work that still challenges you. Expect guided form cues, smart progressions, and exercises that support real-life strength and confidence in your body.

  • Last 30 minutes: Targeted Stretch + Mobility
    We’ll immediately follow strength training with mobility and stretching for the same muscle group—helping you improve range of motion, reduce tightness, and support recovery. You’ll leave feeling stronger and more open, grounded, and aligned.

🌱Whether you’re looking to build a consistent routine, prevent injuries, or simply feel better in your body, Friday Flex gives you the best of both worlds: strength + mobility in one complete hour.

Pricing? $20 per class.
