🧘Join us for a Sunday Virtual stretch class designed to release tension and reset your nervous system before the week ahead. Perfect for nine-to-five professionals seeking a moment of calm and self-care, this 60 minute session guides you through a two-part journey. We'll begin with upper body stretching to melt away the week's stress, take a mindful five-minute intermission with a journaling prompt to reflect and center yourself, then move into lower body work before closing with a gentle wrap-up.

In the summer, we will transition to a hybrid setting for those that want to attend in person sessions outside! ☀️

Virtual Stretch - One time Access
$25.00

This single access pass gives you access to One Virtual Stretch class, live on Zoom. Instead of signing up for a month pass, this option lets you explore without committing.

These classes are recovery-focused, created to help reduce muscle tightness, improve mobility, and support your body through training, work, and everyday movement. This is not a yoga class. You won’t find yoga flows or poses here—just intentional stretching, longer holds, breath awareness, and supportive deep stretches to help your body unwind and recover.

This pass is perfect if you’re looking to build a consistent recovery routine and give your body some extra care each week all from the comfort of home.

Virtual Stretch - Double Access
$40.00

This pass gives you access to 2 Virtual Stretch classes, held live on Zoom. Instead of signing up for individual classes, this option lets you commit to consistent recovery work while getting value for your time and energy. This Double Access Pass gives you $5 off per class, compared to buying individual class passes.

These classes are recovery-focused, created to help reduce muscle tightness, improve mobility, and support your body through training, work, and everyday movement. This is not a yoga class. You won’t find yoga flows or poses here—just intentional stretching, longer holds, breath awareness, and supportive deep stretches to help your body unwind and recover.

This pass is perfect if you are unable to commit to every Sunday but you’re looking to build a consistent recovery routine and give your body some extra care each week all from the comfort of home.

This pass gives you access to EVERY Virtual Stretch class held for the entire month, all live on Zoom. (That’s 4 -5 classes a month!) Instead of signing up for individual classes, this option lets you commit to consistent recovery work while getting more value for your time and energy. This Full Access Pass gives you $7.50 off per class, compared to buying individual class passes.

BONUS: Most months have four Sundays, to make it even better when you have full access, some months have five Sundays -giving you a FREE class for that month.
