Sunday Squeeze 🍊

Warning: Taking this class regularly will drastically improve your pole dancing skills.

Every Sunday at 10 AM, join us at Studio 33 for a 60 minutes class designed to build strength, flexibility, and the confidence to nail your next move. Whether you're just beginning your pole dancing journey or you're an advanced dancer chasing a specific trick, this class is for any pole dancer at any level. 💪🌿

We split our time intentionally: 30 minutes of grounded stretching to release tension and build mobility, followed by 30 minutes of targeted pole conditioning to develop the strength you need for progression. You'll leave feeling stronger, more connected to your body, and genuinely excited about what you're capable of.🪄🍊

We also celebrate together throughout the month. To start the month off right, we will share healthy breakfast snacks, things like freshly pressed juice, fresh fruit, pastries—to nourish ourselves and connect with each other. As the month closes, we keep it playful with a friendly competition to refresh the energy.

  • 🔥Hard Truth: Without stretching and conditioning your pole dancing journey will end sooner than you want it to.

Let’s talk about why stretching and conditioning is important.👇

»🧘Stretching increases your range of motion, making tricks and transitions feel more fluid and expansive. You are also reducing your injury risk by keeping your muscles and joints responsive. And best of all stretching helps your body recover faster between sessions. Plus it feels great! 🧘🌱🦋

»💪I know some people may dread doing pole conditioning but here is why it is your secret weapon. 🌿💫

    • It builds the grip, core, and the body strength needed to execute moves with safety.

    • Prevents injury! Protecting your joints by strengthening the muscles around them. Preventing shoulder, back, knee or hip pain down the line.

    • Gives you more power and stability in holds, climbs, and inversions.

Both of these combined makes everything on the pole feel more accessible and in turn you are more confident.🪄🍊

  • As for our monthly celebrations, To start the month off right (the first Sunday of the month), we'll share healthy breakfast snacks, like freshly pressed juice, fresh fruit, or pastries, to nourish ourselves and connect before we move. 🍉🍍 Because community is just as important as the conditioning.

And as the month closes (the last Sunday of the month) , we keep things playful with a friendly end-of-month challenge. Think less competition, more celebration. 🎉 A lighthearted moment to cheer each other on, laugh together, and see what you've built over the past few weeks. There are no judges, no pressure, and no wrong answers. Just you, your pole, and your people.

👉In May, we're seeing who can hold the pencil spin the longest — a fun way to close out the month and celebrate how far everyone has come.🍊💖
